Item Description
Cover artist Win Mortimer perfectly captures the Penguin. Curt Swan again contributes pencils to the Boy Commandos back-up feature. There is some moderate tanning on the inside and back covers. The pages are off-white. According to the CGC Census, this is the second highest graded copy they have seen.
