Lot of 10 published by The Red Star News Company. Lot consists of volume 39 #5 12/08/34, volume 101 #1 03/28/36, volume 102 #3 05/23/36, volume 121 #3 07/30/38, volume 123 #2 10/15/38, volume 126 #6 03/18/39, volume 127 #3-5 04/08/39, 04/15/39, 04/29/39, volume 128 #4 05/27/39. Issues have some very distinct covers. One cover is scientist’s/lab scene with blonde in background and bat rising up behind her. Another is gun-moll pointing gun at photographer as demonic devil character points behind her and third is “The Mother Goose Murders” featuring a masked man with a raised black jack. Issues have usual cover overlap wears/chipping, tanned and somewhat brittle pages at margins and spine chips. Second issue in lot has 3.50” spine split at top. Some issues have penciled numbers on front. Overall VG/FN.
