Item Description
Lot of 2 comics, #3 & #5 published in July-August, November-December 1950. Issue #3 features full color image of Clarabell and Howdy Doody and #5 features full color image of Howdy Doody riding stuffed pony. Back cover of #3 features image of Howdy Doody driving fire truck with Dilly Dally and Mr. Bluster in the back. This is also a full color image. Both issues were published by Dell Publishing Company Inc. Inside front cover of issue #3 features black & white photo image of Howdy Doody with creator Bob Smith and image of Clarabell with Flub-A-Dub. Issue #3 has some moderate wear along spine of back cover and is FN. Issue #5 has one pinch crease and some very light dust soiling and is VF/Exc.
