4.50” x 12.50” invitation to the opening of “The Joint Show,” the first important art show of psychedelic art in 1967. Invitation features 4” X 5.75” image of the artists, of those who attended were, Kelly, Victor Moscoso, Rick Griffin, Wes Wilson and Stanley Mouse. Invitation has been folded twice at each end giving the resemblance of a tri-gate opening. Back of invitation has psychedelic images of two faces meeting in mirror images of each other. This also has been done with psychedelic letters that read “Joint Show.” Some slight wear to creases with a ¼” tear to one.
