Issue also has full page ad for the 1953 World Series between the Brooklyn Dodgers and the NY Yankees and features images of players including Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle. Classic cover features full color image of George Reeves as Clark Kent and flying above as Superman and features text “George Reeves - - Man and Superman.” One of the classic covers this issue may be only superseded in popularity by the classic first issue featuring Lucille Ball’s baby. Issue has original mailing label on back top left hand corner. Front cover has some spotting along top and bottom of spine which has some pinch creases. Light handling wear and color rubs to cover but still a FN copy. Page 33-34 has ½” X ¾” stain, otherwise pages are VF.
