Item Description
7” X 7.50” card holds 2.75” X 6.25” glasses/mask. Originally made by Marx, these glasses were produced in Mexico by Plasticos Arcesa S.A. in Mexico and copyrighted N.P.P Inc. in 1966. Card features images of Batman and Robin with Bat symbol and Gotham City in background. “Glasses” resemble Robin’s mask with Bat motif. The Marx version of these glasses were of black & yellow coloring, whereas this is black with silver highlights. Glasses have plastic sheet over them, which has been stapled to card, with one staple missing. Card has some moderate aging and handling wear but glasses are N. Mint. Only we’ve seen of this variety.
