Item Description
In the 1960s monsters in science fiction films were all the rage and many theaters replayed classic films from 1930s and 1940s. This popcorn bucket is a classic and one of the more interesting items done for this matinee phenomenon. 8.25" deep bucket has a 9" diameter and text on side that reads "Monster Bucket." This bucket was put out by General Cinema Corp. in the 1960s. Bucket features images of Boris Karloff as Frankenstein for Bride of Frankenstein, Bela Lugosi as Dracula, Boris Karloff as The Mummy, and Henry Hull as The Werewolf of London. Popcorn bucket has some aging and wear from use as well as "Hi!" in marker above the Mummy's head. Bucket has some very light staining from use but still has a VF appearance.
