Item Description
From the collection of Sen. Phil Arthurhultz, and comes with certificate signed by him and Ted Hake. 8” x 9” x 5” deep plastic dome lunch box contains 6.50” tall plastic thermos. Manufactured by King-Seeley and copyright 1977 NBC Inc. Dome lunch box features images of Clarabell the Clown, Howdy Doody, and Howdy Doody creator Bob Smith on front panel as well as “Howdy Doody” text. Back side features images of Howdy Doody as well as Clarabell the Clown, Flub-A-Dub, Dilly Dally and Mr. Bluster. This back image area has a ¼” hole worn through decal on Howdy Doody’s head, but blends somewhat with his hear. Box has moderate surface scuffs to plastic and is VF with VF/Exc. image areas. Thermos has some light wear but cap does not have any splits and is Exc.
