Center: an oval bust of Clay enclosed in a corn and rose wreath with the inscription "Henry Clay/The Peoples Choice"; below: a vignette depicting a boy riding a horse toward a mill with "The Pride Of America/Frelinghuysen" beneath. Rarely seen in this choice condition.
