Armband is 2x14" with slight darkening of fabric at each end and noticeable stain line near center. Still VG and Rare. Ribbon is essentially Mint. 2x5.25" reading "Army And Navy Republican League Of The Boys In Blue Blaine, Logan And Victory." Rare issue intended for Civil War Union veterans.
