Print publisher is Hagg & Parris, Philadelphia, identified on extreme bottom margin. Scarce memento of the bitter strike of about 5 months duration during 1902. Small pair of .5" gray marks above TR's head and two small spots of white bkg. color loss at extreme upper left edges. Overall VF in gorgeous vintage frame that just needs a wire to hang.
