1.25" with his quotation "May There Be None Unlisted On That Day." In the center is W.S.S. (for War Savings Stamps) w/date "June 28th." At the bottom is "Woodrow Wilson." Cello surface has a dozen tiny 1/8" or less craze lines but only two catch in reflected light and rest show only with magnification. Displays clean and Exc. No paper likely as issued. Rare.
