Striking crystal clear real photo with beautiful shading issued by "Plains Roosevelt Booster Club." Listed as Hake #2056 with Revised Prices 2004 value of $500. Reverse has paper insert, but no printed text. Trivial insect damage on insert paper edge. Celluloid has very light surface wear showing only w/magnification and displays glossy and Mint. Beautiful example of a rare local issue.
