Each 7/8". c. 1940-41. First reads "Contributor UOPWA War Relief Fund. Russia, Britain China USO." Has Benjamin Harris on edge curl. Second reads "Defend America Aid Britain Soviet Union" with "V" for "Victory." Edge curl has "Beacon NYC." Third reads "Committee To Defend America" with "V" for "Victory." No backpaper if it had one. All 3 essentially Mint.
