1.75" shows handcuffed wrists with one hand showing the victory gesture. Likely from April 30, 1971 when 2,000 people protested at the Justice Department in Washington DC in a demonstration organized by the Harrisburg Defense Committee to support Philip and Daniel Berrigan and others in conjunction with other defense groups representing victims of political repression. Over 350 people were arrested. High gloss and N. Mint.
