Item Description
1.75" picturing products of the Russell Grader Mfg. Co. on each side. One of the earliest cello tape measures by W&H. Only flaw is on side edge celluloid band. To one side of pull loop, the cello has .75" hairline crack. Front and back remain glossy and N. Mint and tape will extend and retract by gently pressing sides, but not recommended. In the Hake collection for many years as one of the earliest and best designs.
