Item Description
From Hake collection. 7/8" reads "Mark Twain Hannibal MO" and is likely from time of his death in 1910. Center has dot of cello gone with numerous surrounding cello cracks. Damage catches reflected light but with normal viewing image is clear and clean. No paper likely as issued. The only vintage Twain portrait button we've seen.
