6" tall in silvered brass and enamel. Issued for rank of "Representative." Third segment down shows and reads "Mount Hood Portland 1916." Fourth segment is portrait of "Orlando A. Somers Commander-In-Chief." Reverse reads "52nd National Encampment GAR Aug. 1918 Portland, Ore." 50% luster off lower half of reverse but rest of metal is Exc. and ribbon is VF.
