c. 1916. 7/8" real photo jugate with faint names below pictures. Pictured are George Poinsett and Charles Allen Smith, the latter died at Vera Cruz. Left side edge has pair of 1/16" splits with one extending 1/16" to front but shows only a trifle in reflected light. No paper as issued. Second we've seen. Rare and displays Exc.
