Item Description
Red border pin is from Torsch & Franz Baltimore. It is slightly off-center 1/32 to the right. The second button is 7/8" and reads "Soldiers And Sailors Comfort Club." Also reads "Western Electric Co." The latter has no backpaper if it ever had one.
