2.25" similar concept to previous item. Issued for 1942 event reading "Engineer's All Out Erin Go Bragh For Victory St. Patrick Was An Engineer" with word "Victory" shooting out of figure's arm. Figure made of pipe sections represents soldier in helmet carrying a rifle. St. Louis Button paper. Second we've seen. Very minor surface wear shows only in reflected light. Displays as Mint.
