Item Description
This rare 1926 badge is 1.75" wide brass wing design flanking stylized panel representing an open book with "OZ" at center. Reverse reads "The Ozmite Club." Issued by the Oz book publishers Reilly and Le. Badge was free and was obtained by signing up in the book department of select stores. Members also received Ozmite Club "secrets" as a separate hand-out. Only our third example in 38 years. Our thanks to Oz expert Bill Stillman for the historical background on this item. N.
