Item Description
1.25" superb crisp real photo shows "Deep Sea Diver And Submarine Engineer Captain Louis Sorcho." Hat has early diving helmet emblem and 5 ornate large medals cover his chest. He conducted a deep sea diving show in 1913 at Coney Island in the Trip To The Moon Building. Later, during WWI in 1917, he ran a traveling 'submarine show' in support of Navy recruiting.
