Item Description
Graphic 1.25" that promotes 1930s Philadelphia newspaper comic strips with tie-in to "Brother Bill" on WIP radio. Button pictures "Bobby Thatcher" and comes with only example we've ever seen of mailing envelope plus 8x10" letter to "Dear Friend" from "Brother Bill" saying this is "Twelfth In Series." Eventually there were 14 issued. Letter promotes six o'clock radio program and newspaper. Some in this series have backpapers but this and following 3 from set do not. Mint as made.
