2x2" cardboard with pin to wear and string to flip up. Front reads "Poll-Parrot Says Vote For" and back reads "Howdy Doody For President." Front has plastic cover over 3-ball dexterity puzzle. Light general age and minor dust soil but no serious problems. Fine and rare with 1952 copyright.
