Item Description
3" dia. depicts Lucy as Mame w/small text at bottom margin "From Warner Bros." From 1974 and for her final feature film. Front has matte finish and button was probably for a cast or press showing with panel at bottom where name could be written. One of only two in Marshall Levin collection and it's known that only 510 were made for Keith Smyka Consultants, NYC Feb. 1974. Mint as made.
