1-3/8" in two shades of luster plus blue and red enamel paint. Like item #1106, this is from 1937 and denotes rank of "Lieutenant-Secret Operator Melvin Purvis Law & Order Patrol." A few very minor traces of luster loss but overall vast majority remains. Exc.
