1-1/8" black on cream litho from the 1930s reads "Journal-Transcript Funnies Club Tune In WMBD." Issued by Peoria Illinois newspaper and radio with 15 different known for various comic strip characters. Tarzan is one of rarest and certainly most valuable in the set. Some pinpoint paint dots off extreme edge. Line on his cheek is accent, not a scratch. VF.
