Item Description
4" deep by 33" long cardboard guitar case has printed alligator skin exterior with name on outside. Made by Emenee Musical Toys. Inside has colorful illustrated lid and simulated alligator skin insert. Case holds 31" long plastic four-string guitar. Guitar body has Gene Autry name and images with western motif in high relief on body. Top of neck reads "Emenee/Gene Autry Cowboy Guitar." Comes with 16-page "Songbook For Gene Autry Cowboy Guitar" with Gene's picture on front. Also 12-page illustrated catalogue for other Emenee musical toys. Illustrations include: Gene Autry Cowboy Guitar/Pinky Lee Xylophone/Mickey Mouse Rhythm Band. Also includes plastic chord selector to be used in playing guitar. Case has scattered clear tape reinforcement and general wear but remains functional. VG. Contents Fine. Guitar Exc. c. 1940s.
