Item Description
4x5.5" mailer with text including "Here's Your Weather Ring!" Comes with fold-over cardboard insert with instructions. Ring has adjustable brass bands with 90% original luster. Top has hexagonal clear plastic cover over a piece of litmus paper designed to change colors although no longer active. 1946. Handling creases to mailer. Scarce with mailer and insert. VF.
