9" tall metal toy by Artop Specialties c. 1920. Box is nicely illustrated but has obvious wear, all top and bottom flaps are missing. Good. Toy is "Optical Instrument Forming Eight-sided Rosettes Of Any Objects Placed On The Turntable." Items such as jewelry, pins, colored paper, etc. could be used. VF/Exc.
