Auction #182 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1499 in auction 182
Item Description
1.25" depicting man on bicycle with young woman in attached side car. We can't tell if the bike was motorized but there is a solid black area between the frame bars. Smaller text surrounding the image reads "Distributed By Standard Bearings Co. Des Moines." Tiniest bit of stain on the bottom of the letters forming the words "Me Go" but it hardly shows. Rest of the cello is clean and Exc. No backpaper if it had one. Probably c. 1930. From the Hake collection and only example we've seen.
