16" long tin litho by Nomura, Japan. 1960s. Nicely detailed with images of many different types of passengers at windows including kids wearing ball caps and servicemen. Runs but does not go more than 1" forward before moving side-to-side rather than changing direction when it bumps into an object. Tip of the on-off switch is missing but does not affect operation. Toy has scattered pinpoint paint nicks and a couple of minor indents only noticeable in reflected light. Toy remains bright and glossy. Fine.
