10.5" tall with built-in key by HZ, Germany. c. 1960s. Box has scattered edge wear, lid has one corner split. Fine/VF. Clown has felt outfit, plastic hands, composition head with fabric hair. Complete with three plastic ring attachments for hands and above nose. Toy works and rocks back and forth as he spins the rings. N. Mint.
