Toy is 8" diameter and consists of metal hoop with attached bear figure that has plush-covered body with felt outfit and tin litho feet. 1950s by Alps, Japan. Box has moderate scattered aging, lid has one corner split and trace of staple rust. Top right corner has .5" spot of missing surface paper. VG/Fine. Toy comes with original key still attached to cardboard tag and works. Toy rolls side-to-side as the bear moves and a bell rings. Outfit has some faint stains caused by the glue used to adhere it to the figure. VF.
