Item Description
7.5" tall. Believed German. c. 1910. Painted tin. Not the wind-up with wheels on feet, this version waddles forward and raises right arm. Left arm holding cane is stationary. One frame of metal glasses is bent. Small traces of paint wear and aging. Small stress lines on back of head. Weighted feet have clockwork-like mechanism enabling him to walk. Works. VF.
