Item Description
2.5" tall ornate brass frame with brass hanger that reads "Souvenir." At center of frame is 1.25" nicely colored celluloid with text "14th Annual Ball LeSeuer Center Fire Dept. Feb. 8, 1911." Has backpaper by Western Badge. N. Mint and very attractive.
