Item Description
2-3/8x6.75" with 1" real photo at center. Reads "Excelsior Harrison And Reid/Republican Club Of Norristown." Reverse top and bottom edges have minor glue stain but from front the extra darkening of the dark blue fabric is barely noticeable. Cardboard photo and gold accents are N. Mint. A rare local issue and overall the 1892 ribbons are much scarcer than those from 1888.
