14x19". Illustration shows division of Pennsylvania with politicians each wielding "Protection" clubs with name tags including Pattison, Stewart, Delamater and Watres in the center. Above, Cleveland is depicted as sitting on the fence. Other politicians are shown waving banners for Cleveland in '92, tariff reform and protection of labor. Appears to be a pro-Republican cartoon depicting the PA. races of 1890 as a referendum on the tariff and reform issues coming in 1892 election. N. Mint.
