Item Description
From c. 1940s series of rare pins and jewelry inspired by classic 1940 film. 1.75x3" silvered metal necklace with additional ornate chain. Centerpiece features female Hindu-like goddess. 2.25x3.75" brass luster pin has repeated image of female character with 3 dangling accent pieces, all with character heads in relief. Both these pieces have some wear but necklace appears tarnished as made while pin has majority of luster intact. Last piece is 2.75" tall brass plated white metal of fortune teller with blue accent stone topping turban. .75" dia. spherical dark blue, free-moving plastic ball on lap. Pin retains luster and is NM. Comes with original and rare heavily creased 3.25" square card with "Bagdad Jewelry ©Alexander Korda Made In USA." All pieces have "Thief Of Bagdad Korda Copyright" stamped into metal.
