Item Description
2-1/8" badge with covered metal back and bar pin has a matte finish so that it can be written upon. This has hand-inked name and title "Allan Chambers Scorer." Badge was used for event "Open Championship Oakland Hills U.S.G.A. June 10-11-12, 1937." Badge also specifies "Club House Privileges." Center left has very faint 1/8" slightly darker mark that barely stands out from the cream-colored bkg. Both the printed text and hand lettering is clean and intact. A unique example from a rare very limited group of buttons produced for this event.
