Item Description
1-1/8x1.5" heavy brass medal with loop on top edge and a pair of brass rings. Front depicts two boys with marbles at center of a circular area. Design is flanked by palm fronds with a shield at top center. Reverse reads in full "1930 Montgomery County, PA. School And Playgrounds Championship Awarded By The Evening Bulletin." Couple of scattered tiny tarnish marks and a couple of very tiny areas with some hairline scratches, mostly on the reverse and mostly all but invisible without magnification. Overall piece has nice luster with totally clear details. A rare award.
