8.25x18.75" cardboard punch-out "Kellogg's Howie Wing Ventriloquist Dummy Of Typhoon Tootel." c. 1930s. Die-cut dummy opens and closes mouth and winks eyes. Lightly aged but unpunched and unused. Exc. Comes with 5.5x7.5" flier with radio call stations as well as names of other Kellogg's cereals and mail-away coupon to become "Howie Wing Cadet." NM.
