13.5" long tin litho by Ichiko, Japan 1960s. Plain box bottom has a few creases at one end. Has original insert to hold car. Beautifully illustrated lid is clean, tight and NM. Car has highly-detailed interior, spring antenna which goes up and down manually, Mercedes logos on hubcaps and hood as well as lithoed plates on front and back "Mercedes Benz 250 SE." Car travels around with bump-and-go action. A beautiful and striking toy. NM.
