15.5" long plastic body with metal chassis by American Machine & Foundry Wen-Mac Division 1966. Box wear includes creases, paper loss on edges, puncture mark on both sides. Still displays Fine. Car has opening hood with simulated V-8 engine and chrome air cleaner. Has knock-off hubs. Battery operated functions include running straight or in circles. Headlights, tail lights and instrument panel light. Working. Car is done in scale, beautifully molded with highly detailed interior including bucket seats. Pinstripe decals with names have been applied along both rocker panels. Entire body lifts up to expose metal chassis and battery box. This plastic battery box has a stain from a former leaking battery and two of the the four terminals have some oxidation but still function as was intended. Toy also includes 4-page instruction sheet and order kit for gasoline engine upgrade. Plastic body and windshield have a few scuffs but overall car displays VF. A classic toy version of this classic car.
