Striking lithography on clown including separate cape which flares out to also form his arms, nice details of motors and front wheels. Toy works and is designed to run on furnished length of rubber hose and has protruding fork on bottom with aluminum wheels which fit over the hose. The hose is completely pliable and comes with metal plug to connect it to the two ends. A few scattered pinpoint paint nicks but clean, colorful and VF. Plain box bottom clean and tight. Box lid has colorful applied label. VF.
