Tin litho with built-in key believed to be by Guntherman, Germany 1930s. Working and when wound dog on hind legs moves briskly in circles while holding metal cane in his mouth. Paint has darkened somewhat with age. One side has noticeable fading of red paint on blanket/straps and collar. Few scattered paint chips. Fine.
