Item Description
4.75" tall tin litho toy with built-in key comes in nicely illustrated triangular box. By TPS, Japan 1950s. Box features illustrations of various animals in a barbershop. Light aging. One small tear on front lid bottom flap. Fine. Toy depicts cat as a barber shaving a rabbit. Toy works and cat moves both arms as if lathering and shaving the rabbit while the cat's head moves side to side. NM. Scarce and one of the classic T.P.S. wind-ups.
