Item Description
Set of Marx figures in plain box 6x6x2" deep with "General Mills, Inc." label. c. 1955. Box has ink and pencil markings including "Fort Apache Set" hand-written on one corner. End flaps have typical tears as originally opened. Set consists of 22 figures as follows - 7 Indians, 2 mounted troopers plus 4 additional troopers and 4 frontiersmen. Also included are 3 of the character figures from the Rin Tin Tin series, Lt. Rip Masters, Rusty, and Rin Tin Tin. No wear evident to the figures. Bright and clean. NM. This is the first we've seen issued as a premium set.
