Item Description
Lot includes four 3.5" dia., three 2.25" dia. and five 1.75" dia. buttons that are designed to look like clothing buttons. "The Andy Warhol Button Button" text appears on side edge of celluloid buttons. Reverses have brass post and clutch at center. In addition to text already quoted on curl, "By Andy Warhol (©) John Milton Williams 1966." Some small scattered patches of oxidation near brass posts but fronts retain a glossy appearance with minimal wear. One smaller button has two pinpoint areas of discoloration to celluloid but buttons o/w retain an Exc. appearance.
